Because all of our products are custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace or refund damaged items at our discretion.

Pre-Orders & Group Orders: Orders may be canceled before the production cutoff date. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. Cutoff dates will be communicated at time of purchase.
